One of the areas that we have done a great deal of work is the vacation rental business. Over the years we've worked for big name companies like Kiawah Golf Resort and Fripp Island Resort. We've also built, managed and marketed websites for large rental companies in places like the Isle of Palms, SC, Kiawah Island, SC and the Riviera Maya on Mexico's Caribbean coast.

Our Own Vacation Rental

Of equal, if not greater, interest to us nowadays is individual vacation rentals. Much of this interest has to do with our own vacation rental home on Lake Champlain in upstate New York. This experience has given us a unique perspective on building and marketing websites for other vacation rental properties.

We've been quite successful in our first two years of renting our Victorian Cottage on Lake Champlain. Part of that success is due to all of the web work we have done for rental agents and individual property owners in the past.

Riviera Maya Villas

JUST RE-DESIGNED. The strip of Yucatan coastline south of Cancun is known as the Mayan Riviera and it is the fastest growing vacation destination in the world. rivieramayavillas.com is a website project designed to attract high-end vacationers to the area's must luxurious beachfront villas. It presents 36 villas from Puerto Aventuras south to Tankah.

Lake Champlain Vacations

A vacation rental concern with a lakefront cottage on Lake Champlain in upstate New York, Lake Champlain vacations contracted with Just Imagine to provide web development and content creation services, as well as ongoing website management and marketing. The entire site was created in house by Just Imagine. All the content was either written or researched by Just Imagine, The cottage, with its spectacular view across the lake at Vermont's Green Mountains, is less than a mile south of Westport, New York.

Casa Maravilla Tulum

This client owns a beautiful home on the beach overlooking Soliman Bay, just north of Tulum, on Mexico's Riviera Maya. In an effort to make his home stand out in a very competitive market for luxury vacation rentals we first did a Flash Presentation, incorporating location, activity, interior and exterior shots in a single package. We recently launched a website for the villa which directs reservation inquiries back to the broker's site. The new site makes use of a Flash header that adds a little romance to the home page without running the risk of disrupting search engines.
